Not sure which plan?
Most landlords and tenants choose Standard or Premium.
An agreement that is only drafted but never registered has limited legal weight and cannot be used as strong evidence in a rent dispute or for address proof. Registration is what actually protects both sides.
- Good for — quick, informal arrangements where both parties trust each other.
- Limited legal standing — an unregistered agreement is harder to enforce in court.
- No official address proof — many banks, visa offices and societies ask for a registered copy.
- No police intimation — you remain responsible for filing it separately.
- Strong legal evidence — a registered agreement holds up in rent disputes and courts.
- Accepted everywhere — valid for address proof, bank KYC and visa applications.
- Police intimation included (Premium) — filed on your behalf, automatically.
- Peace of mind — both landlord and tenant are protected if a dispute arises.

Call UsIs stamp duty included in the price shown?
No. The prices above are our service fee only. Government e-stamp duty and registration charges are calculated separately based on your rent, deposit and agreement duration, and we confirm the exact amount before you pay.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Standard or Premium later?
Yes. If you start with a drafted agreement and later decide you need e-stamping, e-sign or registration, we can upgrade your order and only charge the difference.
Are there any extra charges for doorstep biometric verification?
Doorstep biometric visits are included in the Premium plan for addresses within Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. For other locations, a small travel charge may apply, which we confirm upfront.
What if my agreement needs to be cancelled or refunded?
If work has not yet started on your agreement, you can cancel for a full refund. Once drafting has begun, our Refund & Cancellation policy explains what is refundable at each stage.
Do you offer pricing for long-term or commercial leases?
Yes. Commercial leases and long-term leave and license agreements are priced based on complexity and duration. Call us for a custom quote.
