Before drafting starts
Full refund of our service fee if you cancel before we begin drafting your agreement.
After drafting, before e-stamp
Partial refund of our service fee, minus the cost of drafting work already completed.
After e-stamp duty is paid
Government e-stamp duty and registration charges are non-refundable once paid to the government portal, as per government rules.
After registration is complete
Once your agreement is registered, the service is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Call us at +91 8806 242436 or email info@rentagreement.co.in with your order details. We'll confirm what's refundable based on the stage your agreement has reached, and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Errors on our end
If a mistake in your agreement is due to an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional charge. If a delay or error is caused by incorrect or incomplete information or documents provided to us, this policy's normal refund stages apply.
