We are a documentation and registration service — not a law firm — and for complex legal disputes we recommend independent legal advice.
Pricing and payment
Our current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Prices shown are our service fee only; government e-stamp duty and registration charges are calculated separately based on your rent, deposit and agreement duration, and are confirmed with you before payment. Payment is due before we begin drafting, unless otherwise agreed.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents for your rent agreement. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or errors caused by incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information or documents supplied to us.
Our responsibilities
We will draft your agreement to match the terms you provide, and make reasonable efforts to complete e-stamping, e-sign coordination, registration and police intimation within the timelines described on our website. Timelines can be affected by government portal downtime, incomplete documentation, or delays outside our control.
Limitation of liability
We are not a party to the tenancy arrangement between landlord and tenant, and we are not responsible for disputes arising from the terms both parties agree to, non-payment of rent, property condition, or other matters between landlord and tenant. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us for the specific agreement in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
